News: Texas Bay Credit Union Names Syed Dinar as President, Continuing Its 90-Year Legacy of Service

HOUSTON, TX - May 29, 2026 - As Texas Bay Credit Union celebrates 90 years of financial service, the organization is proud to announce the promotion of Syed Dinar to the role of President. This marks a significant milestone in the organization’s dedication to strong leadership, service excellence, and member-focused innovation. Syed succeeds longtime leader Jesse Gutierrez in the President role, while Jesse continues to guide the organization as Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

As Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Executive Vice President (EVP), Syed played a pivotal role in strengthening Texas Bay’s financial foundation while overseeing critical areas including accounting, lending, branch operations, marketing, and human resources. His broad operational expertise and strategic leadership have positioned him uniquely to lead the credit union into its next chapter.
