Disclosure:
This form is not complete until you have read the terms, placed your initials in the acceptance box, and clicked on the "Submit Request" button at the bottom of this page. The processing fee of $25 must be in your primary savings account at the time of submitting your application; applications will be denied if funds are not available. Pending Skip-a-Pay applications: Please note our system will automatically process your extension 20 days prior to your loan due date. Example: Payment due date of July 30 will be processed on July 10. You will receive an email with the status of your Skip-a-Payment request within 1-2 business days. If you do not receive an email, please contact the credit union. If your loan account number is not entered correctly, you will need to resubmit your application with the correct information. Please verify your loan account number before submitting; loan account number(s) can be verified via online banking. To request a skip-a-payment on another loan account, return to the skip-a-pay form page to submit a new form.
Acceptance: I hereby authorize Texas Bay Credit Union to extend my payment(s) on the loan listed above for the month of July 2026. I understand that I will be charged $25 for EACH loan that I identified, and the fee will be withdrawn from my primary share/savings account associated with the loan, which the skip is being requested for. I understand if I do not have the $25 available at the time of my application in the primary share/savings account associated with the loan for which the skip is being requested, then my request will be denied. I understand that if my loans are not current or if I am overdrawn from any of my accounts more than my overdraft limit (if applicable), then my request will be denied. I understand that if denied, notification of rejection will be sent to the email address I provided in the form above, and I am still responsible for making my payment. I understand that skip-a-payment requests are subject to final approval and that credit cards, CD secured, shared secured, stock secured, money fund secured, line of credit, home improvement, home equity, home equity line of credit, SaveEasy Auto Loans, Lenders Protection Auto Loans, and all mortgage and real estate loans do not qualify for the skip-a-payment program. I understand that interest will continue to accrue on all loans, and the maturity date will be forwarded by 1 (one) month on each loan to be extended. Skipped Payments are not covered by GAP insurance. I understand that eligible loans are those that have had at least the first month's payment posted to the account. I understand that Texas Bay Credit Union will send me a processing statement that reflects the change in interest rate used when assessing the fee, as prescribed by law. The change is only a reflection, not a change in interest rate terms and conditions. Your payments will resume in January 2026 based on your current repayment schedule. If we have been unable to process your request, an email notification will be sent to you no earlier than 20 days before your due date. The email notification will indicate the possible reason(s) for rejections. It will be your responsibility to resolve the denial reason(s) and to resubmit your application if applicable.
