Current Digital Banking Users
If you were enrolled in the previous online and mobile banking platforms with Texas Bay, the new system will require you to login for the first time through your web browser to complete a few additional steps upon your first login:
- Enter your existing username
- Click Forgot Password
- Enter username again
- Select verification method (text or call)
- Enter verification code
- Create new password (Cap, Lowercase, #, and special character)
- Accept Disclosure and Click continue
- Select and answer 3 security questions
- Successful log in!
New Digital Banking Users
If you have not previously enrolled in Texas Bay online or mobile banking platforms, please contact us at (713) 804-6288, or visit a branch to complete your online account authorization. Once enrolled, complete your digital banking registration or download our new mobile app from the App Store or Google Play and complete registration from your mobile device.
